Introduction
We do not use technology for technologies sake, but we see it as a marvellous enabler that allows us to change and improve the way we do things. Technology is now allowing us to view and develop personalised multi channel services that have never before been cost effective, and the use of automation technology allows us to offer services at dramatically different price points than has previously been achievable. We aim to use proven state-of -the-art technology, and, wherever practicable,embrace open standards and open source software, passing the commercial benefits of our approach on to our clients and members.

Registration – allows us to provide personalised services to suit our members preferences and develop loyalty schemes
Flexible content management – allows community members to look at things in lots of different ways, find things based on their specific search criteria, not ours, and publish information to the medium of their choice.
E-commerce platform – secure transactions over the web. Payment handling is securely managed by Datacash, one of the worlds largest providers of secure financial transactions. Our e-commerce platform allows us to provide cost effective products and services to our community members, as well as allowing those same members to sell their own goods and services back into the community. We have extensive experience in integrating our solutions with the back end supply chains that are relevant to our chosen community sectors.
Prototyping & Design – our designers are from traditional publishing backgrounds as well as being web specialists. They have worked on some of the UK's most popular sites including the BBC, FT, Dorling Kindersley, ITV and many more. They help us to re-purpose our core technology to make it look and feel just right for the community or company it is aiming to serve. We make extensive use of prototyping tools to give our clients the opportunity to view the 'finished product' at an early stage in the project lifecycle whilst changes can still be easily incorporated.
Mail / Diary services – Every community member can take advantage of our diary and mail services which allow groups to schedule events between themselves as well as being at the heart of innovative services such as the orchestra diary management service.
