CMH Diary Service
The CMH Diary Service is a fully automated online service that will improve efficiency across the board of matching professional musicians available for employment with fixers seeking musicians. The CMH Diary Service will reduce the often laborious and time consuming process of booking musicians for events, removing the need for multiple phone calls, voicemails and text messages, and reducing hugely the time required to fix any orchestral or ensemble event. It will allow musicians to promote their availability for work and profile their musical proficiency and experience to potential employers. This service is currently in pilot test with a number of well known orchestras and will be open for subscription in July 2008.
Advertising & Sponsorship
There is a wealth of sponsorship and advertising opportunities available to reach the classical music community. These include advertising on the ClassicalMusicHomepage site, front page, specific page, run of site, with banners or block ads. There are advertising opportunities on our e-mail communications with members (many of our member services involve user requested e-mail notification, as well as our regular e-mail news that is sent to all members unless they opt out). There are a number of sponsorship opportunities too, including an opportunity for a music industry brand name to be the full launch sponsor of the CMH Diary Service, providing a unique opportunity to be associated with this innovative service and giving regular exposure to all of the professional musicians and orchestras that will evaluate and use this service over the coming years.
CMH Organiser
The CMH Organiser is an 'Outlook' style platform delivering email, address book and diary, online and available anywhere there is an internet connection. This enables users easily to consolidate their email services, and to organise their contacts and daily activities and 'share' their diary details with other members if appropriate. For example, members of a string quartet will be able quickly to find times when all four members are available for rehearsals. Teachers may even allow pupils to have limited abilities to rearrange lessons within a specified time frame.
