It is our aim to build and run sites for a large number of communities. Our approach is similar to the specialist magazine publishers but with an online focus and high web technology expertise. We provide some of the required services corporately, such as finance, technology, HR, purchasing and those of generic interest to all communities, whilst full editorial control and servicing of the specific community needs is provided by the site management teams who are always experts drawn from the community.
As we grow we will be developing many other community portals, either from scratch or by acquiring existing sites that we can develop, improve and make more efficient and effective by migrating them to the HVL operating model.
